The 21 Step Initiative - Let's Look Beyond Usual

The main objective of this initiative is to support education institutions in increasing the efficacy and quality of the campus placement/recruitment process and enable students beyond College life.

• To support students in their journey of rediscovering themselves by providing them with various learning programs under The 21 Step IPP Program, and Career Coaching/Counseling that will enhance their attitude and skills in order to pursue a career opportunity and enhance mindset and skills.
• To enhance the employability, learn the importance of Emotional Intelligence (EI/EQ), Personality Development and how students can further upgrade their EQ to perform and excel at the corporate level. To surpass an interview and get a job, one must master who they are and what they want.
